I have regularly attended Miranda's classes since joining the gym in 2004 and became a personal training client a few years later. Miranda is an excellent trainer and instructor as she enjoys her work and is always looking for new ways to challenge clients and help them achieve their goals. I believe that training with Miranda has helped me improve my co-ordination, tone-up and lose weight and also to prevent and recover from injuries from other fitness activities such as running.

Because of my irregular work hours and availability, I decided to ask Miranda for individual Pilates classes and personal training. I have been having private sessions with Miranda for around three years now, and find it is the ideal formula, taking into account my unusual work schedule. When I sustained an injury almost 8 months ago, Miranda began coming to my home to give me bespoke sessions, which took account of my disability and have been a key to my keeping mobile and fit over the last few months. Miranda is extremely knowledgeable and competent and well able to adapt her classes to these different circumstances; she is also reliable, punctual, personable and very pleasant to work with. I would recommend her without reserve to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and wellbeing.

Pilates is a great discipline to improve your strength, posture and flexibility. Miranda’s classes are fun and produce results. If you want to improve your core strength and are prepared to work hard, at whatever level you have attained so far, then you will see continuing progress if you book in with her. Miranda’s pilates classes at the gyms where she teaches are invariably busy, testifying to the quality of her work. This has been the case for many years as Miranda is one of the most experienced and effective pilates teachers around.
I have been attending Miranda’s classes for more than a decade and keep coming back. I strongly recommend you attend a class or, even better, book a personal training session, you will not regret it.
